Refund and Returns Policy

All of our products are strictly tested by our quality inspection team before shipment. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, exchanges, and returns are accepted. If you find any quality issues, please email us at info@clickcrack.com. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Return policy

You can initiate a return within 30 days (natural days) of receiving the item. Returns outside of the 30-day (natural day) return window will not be accepted. Refunds will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse.

To qualify for a general return, the item(s):

  • Must be in resalable condition
  • Must be free from scratches and/or defects
  • Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging and be free of writing.
  • Must not be missing pieces
  • Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout
  • Damages and issues

If there is any manufacturer defect, you may return your order for a 100% refund within 30 days (natural day) of receiving it. (NOTE: If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify.) If there is no manufacturer defect and you simply changed your mind or want a different size, you still can return it. You need to pay for the shipping to ship it back to us and make sure the product is sealed in its original package and in a resalable condition. Once we receive the product and verify that the product is in new/unused condition, we will issue a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@clickcrack.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you information regarding the return address. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as goods that are damaged due to non-quality problems, and goods that affect secondary sales. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Refund policy

If the customer is not satisfied with the product, the customer can apply for a refund, return, or exchange.

Customers can return the product for a refund or exchange within 30 days (natural day).

When ClickCrack Pays For Return Shipping – Our team will pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for return was the result of OUR error. Examples of instances may include:

  • Item arrived defective
  • We shipped out the wrong item
  • We shipped it to the wrong address
  • We shipped a duplicate order
  • Item malfunctioned during the 30-day returns period

IMPORTANT: For items that arrive damaged or are defective, You must provide video/photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning. If a customer refuses to or fails to send photos/video of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as “buyer’s remorse” and the customer is solely responsible for shipping it back.If a customer claims an item is defective or damaged, the customer must provide proof prior to return, with no exceptions. Use the Contact Us form to submit pics or videos for your return request.

Once we have received the approved returned item, we will review its condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a refund.

When the Customer is Responsible for Return Shipping:

If a return is initiated due to customer-related reasons, the customer is required to cover the cost of return shipping. In such cases, pre-paid return shipping labels will not be provided. It is important to note that the original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund amount. Additionally, if your order included special shipping rates, we will deduct the actual outbound shipping costs from your refund. Examples of customer-initiated returns include:

Buyer’s Remorse (e.g., “Not satisfied with the performance,” “Item doesn’t fit correctly,” “Item doesn’t meet my expectations,” “I tried it but want something else,” etc.).

If you no longer need the product for personal reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Misinterpretation of Product Description
If you did not fully read the item details, descriptions, or features, leading to a misunderstanding of the product, we cannot accept returns or refunds.

Order Cancellation After Shipment
If you request to cancel an order after the item has already been shipped, even if you have not yet received it, we cannot process a refund.

Customer Purchased the Wrong Item
If you purchased the wrong item, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Customer Accidentally Bought Too Many
If you accidentally purchased more items than intended, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Customer Provided Incorrect Shipping Address
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, resulting in delivery issues, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

After the 30-Day Return Period
If the item is faulty but the return request is made after the 30-day return period, the return and refund policy does not apply, and we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
