How long does delivery take?

We process every order within 48 hours. Delivery time depends on the warehouse and shipping method:

US Warehouse: 2–10 business days
China Warehouse – Air Shipping: 10–20 business days
China Warehouse – Sea Shipping: 25–45 days
Remote areas (e.g., Spanish islands): up to 60 days

Do I need to pay import taxes or handle customs clearance?

For all supported destinations listed on our website, orders are shipped under a DTP (Delivered Tax Paid) service — which means customs clearance and import taxes are already covered by us. You simply receive your package without any additional fees in most cases.

However, if your delivery address is outside our regular shipping regions, there may be exceptions where local customs charges or clearance requirements apply.
If this happens, we will contact you by email in advance with detailed instructions and assistance.

My package is not being delivered — what should I do?

We upload your tracking number within 48 hours after your order is placed.

All delivery updates and requirements from the carrier will be displayed on the tracking page.
In some regions, local pickup may be required if home delivery is not available.

Please rest assured — we ship all orders with real tracking, and we will assist you with any delivery issues.

Tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received my package.

First, please verify that the shipping address in your original order is correct.
Then check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office or building reception to confirm whether they received the parcel on your behalf.

If the package is still not located within 48 hours, please contact us immediately with your tracking number and order details.
We will:

Open an investigation with the carrier
Contact the assigned delivery courier if available
Work with you to confirm the delivery situation

If the carrier confirms that delivery was completed to the correct address
but the package is missing or potentially stolen, we recommend filing a local theft report for formal documentation.

In confirmed cases, we may resend a replacement shipment and upgrade to signature-required delivery for better security.

What payment methods do you accept?

Why has my payment failed?

Payment failures may occur for several reasons:

• Order amount below the minimum for international checkout
Some regions require a minimum of USD $19.99 to process payment and shipping.

• Insufficient card balance or spending limit reached
Please ensure your card has available funds and supports international purchases.

• Card restricted to domestic use only
Some banks limit cards to use within your home country unless enabled for overseas transactions.

• Shipping destination not supported
If we are unable to ship to your region due to logistics or regulations, payment cannot be completed.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. All payments on our website are securely processed through PayPal, which protects customers with encrypted transactions and Buyer Protection.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

What if there’s a quality issue?

If you experience any issues with your product, please take clear photos or a short video and contact us as soon as possible.
This helps us verify whether:

The product was assembled correctly, and
The issue was caused by the delivery process or a defective part

For confirmed quality issues:

Replacement parts will be sent for component-related defects
A full replacement unit will be provided if the entire product is faulty

We kindly ask that assembly be carried out according to the instructions to avoid misdiagnosis. Our support team will guide you step-by-step if needed.

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer 30-day returns without reason.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for verified product quality issues.

If you believe there is a quality problem, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a clear description and supporting photos/videos.

Because we operate using international shipping, transportation costs are significantly higher.
For non-quality-related returns, customers may choose to return the product at their own expense. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.
