Order Processing Times
In-Stock Items (U.S. Warehouse):
- U.S. Domestic Orders: Processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends/holidays). Standard delivery takes 4-8 business days.
- International Orders: Estimated delivery within 2-3 weeks after dispatch (including customs clearance).
Out-of-Stock/Custom-Built Items: Requires an additional 2-3 weeks for production or restocking (an estimated timeline will be provided via info@clickcrack.com).
Shipping Responsibilities & Limitations
Carrier-Dependent Delivery: Once handed to carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), delivery timelines are beyond our control. Delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, or carrier operational issues.
Address Requirements: Shipments are only made to physical addresses. P.O. Boxes are not accepted, and incorrect addresses may result in returns or additional fees.
Legal Compliance: Certain products may be restricted in specific regions due to evolving laws. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations.
